Job Description
The Data Analysis Expert is responsible for managing learning and development data, ensuring data integrity, and providing insights to support decision-making. This role involves developing statistical models, data visualization, and reporting frameworks to enhance workforce development strategies. The expert will work closely with stakeholders to improve data collection, management, and analysis processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain learning and development data dashboards.
- Collect, analyze, and report workforce development data for decision-making.
- Develop statistical models and data visualization tools.
- Ensure data quality, integrity, and compliance with reporting standards.
- Support Learning Management System (LMS) enhancements and data integration.
- Provide recommendations for performance improvement based on data insights.
- Conduct training sessions on data analysis and reporting for teams.
- Ensure confidentiality and compliance with data governance policies.
Skills
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or Information Management (Postgraduate preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in data analysis, preferably in education or healthcare.
- Experience with data management, business intelligence, and statistical software.
Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, Oracle, and data visualization tools.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data interpretation.
- Bilingual in Arabic and English preferred.
