Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Customer Service Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the customer service department, ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for customer satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Supervise and lead the customer service team, ensuring high performance and motivation.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and issues promptly and effectively.
  • Train, mentor, and develop customer service representatives to enhance their skills.
  • Monitor and evaluate staff performance, providing constructive feedback and coaching.
  • Maintain customer service policies, procedures, and standards.
  • Coordinate with other departments to resolve customer-related issues and improve service delivery.
  • Prepare and analyze reports on customer service metrics and trends.
  • Ensure the customer service area is well-maintained and operates smoothly.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continually improve service quality.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a customer service supervisory role, preferably in a retail or hospitality environment.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to handle difficult situations and resolve conflicts effectively.
  • Proficient in MS Office and customer service software.
  • Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
