Key Responsibilities:
• Handle customer inquiries efficiently and provide accurate information regarding our products and services.
• Assist in troubleshooting issues, escalating as necessary to ensure swift resolution.
• Engage with customers through various communication channels, maintaining professionalism and empathy.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize workflows and improve service quality.
• Actively participate in training sessions to gain knowledge on AI technology and our company’s offerings.
• Contribute ideas to improve the customer experience and increase customer satisfaction.
• Work at a computer workstation throughout the shift, managing and tracking customers requests.
• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• 0-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Willingness to work rotating shifts.
