QUALIFICATIONS
Education: Degree in Information Technology domain
Professional Certification
Microsoft Dynamics CRM certifications
Skills & Experience:
• Over 5 years Dynamics CRM consultancy experience
• Strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365, Dynamics CRM 2016/2015
• Ability to develop OOB workflows, business process flows, set up front-end validations and understanding of JavaScript use on CRM FE.
• Proven ability to track unit testing, SIT and UAT status via test automation tools, DevOps or Jira.
• Knowledge of VeriPark – VeriTouch is desirable
• Experience of providing CRM Demonstrations & Training
• Experience of working on full life cycle implementations across multiple versions of Dynamics CRM/365
• Excellent understanding and knowledge of core Microsoft Dynamics CRM/365 modules including functional and security framework
• Microsoft SQL Server understanding
• Ability to create high quality functional documentation and strong requirements gathering skills.
• Experience developing reports, dashboards, forms, workflows in Microsoft Dynamics CRM
• Exposure on mobile applications via Dynamics CRM is desirable
• Support the Installation and configuration support of on-premise (preferable)/online Dynamics CRM.
• Strong collaboration and investigative skills and the ability to cross reference information for accuracy
• Strong verbal and written skills, especially around documentation
• Ability to work in a team environment, independently, take direction, and follow instructions.
• Ability to work under pressure, multitask and adapt quickly to changing priorities
• Highly confident with providing support and training to users
• Strong attention to detail and a keen desire to deliver the highest quality solutions to customers
