Job Description:
 



  • Support the CRM Manager in the planning, creation, delivery and development of CRM activity.
  • Handling all the aftersales cases & Inquiries including Clients Modifications requests (Meetings, Payment Arrangement).
  • Site Visits.
  • Resale
  • Project Update.
  • Contract Issues.
  • Cheque withdrawal requests.
  • Payment Rescheduling requests.
  • Termination requests.
  • Update the feedback on CRM System

 

Job Requirements:

 



  • University degree –Bachelor’s degree in business administration, or any relevant field or information technology.
  • 2 years’ experience in CRM.
  • Previous CRM experience with real-estate field is a MUST
