1) This job profile reflects the elevated responsibilities and qualifications expected of a Channel Partner Manager with 15 years of experience, focusing on strategic leadership and the ability to drive significant business growth through effective channel management.2)Managing existing partners and increasing our share of Wallet, Onboarding new Partners and system integrators, Promoting TFG - AV PL to non AV Partners3)Sound knowledge of AV business and the trends in industry.4)Experience in engaging with end users will be and added benefit.5)Country Manager position with Channel Partner background.6)Strategic Partnership Development: Formulate and execute a comprehensive channel strategy aligned with the company's overall business objectives.7)Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships that contribute to the long-term growth and success of the organization8)Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key channel partners, distributors, and other stakeholders9)Act as a trusted advisor to partners, providing strategic guidance and fostering collaboration.10)Lead the expansion of the channel network by identifying and onboarding new partners that complement the company's market positioning.11)Evaluate potential partners based on their capacity, capabilities, and strategic fit.12)Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth through channel partners13)Set ambitious sales targets and work collaboratively with partners to achieve and exceed them.14)Collaborate with marketing teams to design and implement joint marketing campaigns, promotions, and other initiatives to drive product awareness and demand through channels.Requirements1) Candidate should be preferably from the AV industry2)Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.3)15+ years of experience in channel management, partner development, or a related role.4)Proven leadership skills with a track record of building and managing successful channel teams.5)Strong negotiation, strategic planning, and problem-solving skills.6)In-depth knowledge of the Qatar market and business landscape.7)Excellent communication and presentation skills.
