Analyze tax implications of business decisions and provide guidance to management.
Tax Research and Interpretation: Stay updated with changes in tax laws, regulations, and rulings. Conduct research on complex tax issues and provide guidance on their implications for the company.
Risk Management: Identify potential tax risks and develop strategies to mitigate them. Conduct risk assessments to ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations.
Tax Audit Support: Manage tax audits and inquiries from tax authorities.
Coordinate responses, gather required documentation, and represent the company in discussions with tax authorities.
Team Leadership and Development: Lead and mentor a team of tax professionals. Provide guidance, training, and performance evaluations to ensure high-quality work and professional growth.

Job Qualification:
Minimum 4-8 Years post qualification
Must be qualified CA/ACCA/CPA/CFA
Extensive experience in corporate tax, including managerial or supervisory roles
Should have Qatar local exp.
Strong knowledge of corporate tax laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
