A well-established family-owned real estate development company based in Qatar with expanding operations across the GCC region, particularly in Dubai, and a strong foundation and ambitious growth plans, are seeking a visionary leader to build and lead our new property development division.
The Opportunity
This is a unique opportunity for an experienced Real Estate Executive to essentially build a business from the ground up while having the support and resources of an established company. You will have full authority to create the organizational structure, develop business strategies, and lead the expansion of our real estate portfolio across multiple markets. This role requires a hands-on leader who thrives in entrepreneurial environments while understanding the dynamics of doing business in Qatar and the GCC region. The successful candidate will be flexible, results-driven, and ready to hit the ground running with creative strategies for our existing and planned properties.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement comprehensive business strategies for selling/leasing existing properties and developing new ones
- Property Development & Management: Oversee the entire property development process, from planning to delivery
- Sales & Marketing: Create innovative sales strategies, pricing models, and marketing approaches tailored to different markets
- Business Growth: Identify new market opportunities and develop proposals for expansion into additional GCC markets
- Financial Oversight: Manage budgets, analyze ROI, develop pricing strategies, and ensure profitability
- Team Building: Build and lead a high-performing team, with full authority to establish the organizational structure
- Client Relations: Foster relationships with key stakeholders, including potential buyers, tenants, and partners
- Market Intelligence: Analyze market trends and provide actionable insights to guide business decisions
