Job Description

The Continual Professional Development Coordinator (CPD) plays a vital role in enhancing the professional growth of employees within the organization. They are responsible for designing, implementing, and managing effective professional development programs and initiatives to ensure that employees have the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Implement CPD Programs: Design, coordinate, and oversee CPD initiatives to enhance the skills and knowledge of healthcare professionals.
  • Compliance and Quality Assurance: Ensure all CPD activities align with healthcare regulations, standards, and accreditation requirements.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with healthcare departments, external training providers, and stakeholders to deliver effective training solutions.
  • Monitoring and Evaluation: Regularly assess the effectiveness of CPD programs and make necessary adjustments to meet organizational goals.
  • Resource Management: Manage budgets, resources, and timelines associated with CPD activities, ensuring efficient delivery of programs.

Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of training activities, participant progress, and outcomes. Prepare reports for senior management

Preferred Candidate:

  1. Minimum of 4 years of experience in professional development or related field.
  2. Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
  3. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  4. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  5. Strong organizational and project management skills.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or a related healthcare field.
  • A postgraduate degree is a plus.
