Job Description
We are looking for a hands-on and experienced Construction Manager to lead the site execution of a complex MEP and ELV stadium project in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will manage all on-site activities, ensuring timely progress, quality standards, and coordination across trades and subcontractors.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day construction activities for MEP and ELV works, ensuring compliance with drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
- Coordinate with project management, engineering, planning, QA/QC, and HSE teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Supervise subcontractors and site teams, monitoring their performance and resolving issues promptly.
- Ensure all installation works are completed as per approved shop drawings and method statements.
- Monitor site progress, prepare daily and weekly progress reports, and highlight risks or delays.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure workmanship quality and adherence to safety standards.
- Lead weekly site coordination meetings with various disciplines to resolve technical and execution issues.
- Ensure proper allocation and utilization of manpower, equipment, and materials at the site.
- Support testing, commissioning, and handover stages in coordination with relevant teams.
- Liaise with consultants and clients during inspections, walkdowns, and approvals.
