To assist guests with Concierge services including entertainment/dining bookings, sending, and receiving courier packages and directing guests within and outside of the residence.
To answer tenant’s questions and resolve guest problems.
Handle incoming and outgoing mails services.
Make bookings for Concierge Services as requested by tenants.
Coordinate all relevant information, complaints, and feedback immediately to customer service.
Keep update record of calls and messages.
Know tenant’s names and requirements.
Ensure confidentiality of tenant’s information.
Ensure that tenants receive their messages and faxes promptly.
Ensure full liaison with other members of the team.
Strong relationship with tenants and internal customers
Communication with property manager and department heads
Maintain Department standards and Quality Program.
