Job Description

  • To assist guests with Concierge services including entertainment/dining bookings, sending, and receiving courier packages and directing guests within and outside of the residence.
  • To answer tenant’s questions and resolve guest problems.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mails services.
  • Make bookings for Concierge Services as requested by tenants.
  • Coordinate all relevant information, complaints, and feedback immediately to customer service.
  • Keep update record of calls and messages.
  • Know tenant’s names and requirements.
  • Ensure confidentiality of tenant’s information.
  • Ensure that tenants receive their messages and faxes promptly.
  • Ensure full liaison with other members of the team.
  • Strong relationship with tenants and internal customers
  • Communication with property manager and department heads
  • Maintain Department standards and Quality Program.
