Job Description:

The Four Seasons Resort & Residences is looking for Commis 2 to join our talented pre-opening team!  Don't miss this unique opportunity to join our team and be part of the world's leading luxury hotel company. 

Your job:

As a Commis 2 in the Kitchen you will be responsible for the prep and execution of the AM or PM menu items.

You will set up the station by obtaining all equipment and materials needed.

Prepare the station for service, prepare and plate all items received from the computer system in a timely and accurate manner and communicate with cooks regarding timing, and ensure a neat, clean, and organized work area throughout and following service.

As our hotel is open 24/7, 365 days a year, we expect our Commis 2 to be flexible in working mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills
Degree Holder, preferably in hotel & tourism management
2-4 years of experience in related field
Excellent command in English, Arabic is an advantage
