Commis Chef
As a Commis Chef, you will assist in the preparation and cooking of dishes while ensuring the highest standards. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
· Assist in preparing and cooking food items as per menu specifications.
· Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen.
· Follow all safety and hygiene procedures.
A Commis Chef serving Hilton brands is always working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members. To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviors, skills, and values that follow:
· Previous kitchen experience is preferred.
· Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
· Strong attention to detail.
· Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Start Date: February 15, 2024
Contract Duration: 2 months (2 weeks before Ramadan, 2 weeks after Ramadan)
