Job Description

A well-established recruitment agency in Qatar is seeking a highly experienced Commercial Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 20 years of experience in the commercial field, preferably within the recruitment industry. This role will be responsible for overseeing the commercial operations of the agency, ensuring profitability and growth.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement commercial strategies to achieve agency's financial goals
  2. Manage and coordinate sales activities, including client acquisition and retention
  3. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential business opportunities
  4. Analyze financial data and create reports to track performance and make informed business decisions
  5. Collaborate with other departments to optimize operational efficiency and customer satisfaction
  6. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
  7. Negotiate and finalize contracts and agreements with clients and suppliers
  8. Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements in all commercial activities
  9. Lead and mentor a team of commercial staff, providing guidance and support
  10. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to drive innovation and growth

Preferred Candidate:

  1. Minimum of 20 years of experience in commercial management, preferably in the recruitment industry
  2. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
  3. Proven track record of achieving financial targets and driving business growth
  4. Strong leadership skills and ability to effectively manage a team
  5. Excellent negotiation and communication skills
  6. Ability to analyze complex financial data and make strategic decisions
  7. Proficient in using CRM software and other relevant tools
  8. Knowledge of Qatar's labor laws and regulations
  9. Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  10. Fluent in English, both written and spoken
