Position Summary

The position assists with site activities, collecting, maintaining data records and other related administrative tasks.

Job Responsibilities

  • Collects informed consent forms from participants and supports data collection throughout the research study.
  • Organizes and maintains study data in research databases, assisting with validation of source data against electronic format.
  • Maintains source materials, case report forms and regulatory documents and assists in drafting research related documents including study material, reports and presentations.
  • Assists with logistics and scheduling of related site activities.
  • Assists with preparing, labelling, logging, delivery and reporting collection sample/cases as applicable.
  • Understands the usage of study related equipment, such as electronic portable devices and supports tracking maintenance details.
  • Maintains inventory to ensure the availability of stock and required materials, and tracks purchase requisitions.
  • Assists with disposing of study materials in accordance with regulatory standards.
  • Schedules meetings, records agendas and minutes of the meetings, takes appropriate action as required.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
