Job Summary
To be the primary resource for system information, ongoing education, and support to end-users, administration, and clinical staffs with all the aspect of the clinical application prevailing in the organization. To lead clinical workflow development and recommendations for practice users and to serve as the clinical expert guiding the clinical team to manage the use of clinical applications and suggest workflows to enhance practice efficiency, streamlined provider/staff documentation, and patient throughout.

Job Knowledge & Skills
• Strong Knowledge of the Healthcare IT industry
• Experience in a supervisory or management level role preferred; ability to demonstrate strong leadership
• Experience with clinical workflow that includes, but not limited to practice management, order entry, EHR, patient portal, messaging, ancillary systems, etc.
• Experience in PACS implementation and workflow
• Experience in integration engines
• Ability to lead teams and conduct training sessions as needed
• Ability to efficiently use Microsoft office applications, such as Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
• Experience in analysis, implementation and evaluation of IT systems and their specifications
• Sound understanding of computer systems (hardware/software), networks etc.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
• Outstanding communication abilitie
• ERP knowledge preferably SAP functional skills are a requirement to be successful in this role.
Job Experience
Minimum 8 years of experience in Clinical Applications - IT (required)
Experience in HIMSS & JCIA Accreditations (required)
4 Years Managerial Experience
Minimum 3 years in GCC (preferred)

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or COMPUTER RELATED FIELD
Master's degree in COMPUTER RELATED FIELD or Computer Science
