WHO YOU'LL WORK WITH
You will be part of the firm’s Client Service Risk (CSR) function whose mission is to enable client impact and innovation in a way which manages risks to our clients, people, and the firm. CSR is a globally integrated team with colleagues from diverse professional backgrounds including communications, consulting, government, and law.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
You will work as part of the firm's Client Service Risk function that advises McKinsey's Partners on how the firm can best serve its clients and conduct thought leadership while managing any associated risks.
As part of the opportunity, you will advise Partners on how to manage potential risks in client engagements in EEMA, guided by the firm’s policies. You will lead risk assessments across individual offices or practices in EEMA to assess key risks and develop mitigation recommendations with a focus on providing strategic, integrative advice to manage the multi-faceted and complex risks that arise by virtue of serving the private and public sectors, state-linked entities, and the healthcare and social sectors. For higher risk cases, you will develop briefing materials and coordinate discussions by the Client Service Risk Committee of firm leaders that advises on the most complex cases.
In addition, you will contribute to awareness efforts around risk policies and compliance processes, incident management, crisis response, and “after action” assessments and well as on global initiatives, such as policy reviews, as a member of our global Risk function.
