Siemens Mobility is currently operating and maintaining the Education City Tram network.The People Mover System (PMS) is the first low floor catenary-free tram system in the world. It uses a Hybrid Energy System (HES) which incorporates a combination of super-capacitors and batteries to power the tram between charging locations along the line. It is manually operated on line of sight rules and the system is being designed in compliance with BO Strab regulations and guidance. 11 km of track serves both the North and South Campuses of Education City and 19 trams of the Siemens Avenio range are in operation.Siemens Mobility is seeking to strengthen its Team of Operations professionals.To be successful in the role, you will have to be of a rigorous character, a fervent Team player with a sense of ownership.

Role Overview
Responsible for processing and managing compensation claims.
What are my responsibilities?
•Manage the valuation of work done and handle payment applications. Including Preparations submission and follow ups.
•Progress Valuation: Monitor project progress and authorize payments to contractors based on the completion of key project milestones.
•Coordination with the technical team for analyzing technical documents and reporting progress.
•Preparing interim and final valuations, variations and claims of the progress.
•Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure the correct application of BoQ prices to ad hoc activities.
•Review documentations and identify potential variations.
•Assisting the Commercial/Contract’s Manager on contractual/commercial activities.
•Ensuring processes and document control align with the company standards, maintaining auditable records.
•Working with and collaborating with key partners (finance, project management, engineering, sub-contractors, suppliers, and clients).
•Gather and organize all necessary documentation and evidence related to site activities to support Siemens scope of works.
