CIVIL ENGINEER – JD Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent degree in Civil Engineering. Experience: Minimum 10-12 years’ experience in Structural Design & Construction Minimum 06 years’ experience in Structural Design & Construction, in large buildings and civil/infrastructure projects, including at least 6 years’ experience at Supervisory level. Good knowledge in construction activities and project management. Experience in projects’ pre-commissioning, commissioning, and Hand-over activities. Possess good communication and presentation skills. Good knowledge of English, both written and spoken. Computer literate in mainstream MS Office products and structural design packages. Details of the Skills/experience required in the candidate: Technical troubleshooting skills and resolving technical problems experience. Identifying the problem and searching for creative solutions. Gathering needed information. Overcoming obstacles to creative thinking. Moving from ideas to preliminary designs (including modeling). Evaluating and selecting a preferred solution. Preparing reports, plans, and specifications. (Project Planning) Implementing the design. (Project Implementation) Knowledge in executing Fit out and renovation projects. Monitoring the progress of projects including routine supervision and inspection of the works. Reviews and approves BOQ/Scopes and Technical Specifications of new tenders for submission to concerned authorities. Reviews and approves RO, SES, EIP based on manual of authority. Preparation tender package including writing the Scope of services, listing out BOQ including quantities, technical specifications, preparation of necessary tender drawings etc.,
