Main Duties and Responsibilities:
Administration
• Ensure that culinary activities are aligned with the respective Corporate Strategy, and that the Hotel Actions have been implemented where appropriate. • Assist in the preparation and updates of individual Departmental Operations Manuals. • conduct regular communications meetings and ensure that departmental briefings and meetings are effective and conducted as necessary.
Customer Service
• Provide courteous and professional service to guests and colleagues at all times. • Handle guest and employee enquiries efficiently and courteously, escalating complaints or issues as needed and ensuring prompt follow-up. • Ensures that all culinary employees deliver the brand promise and provide exceptional guest service at all times. • Interact with guests to address special dietary requests or preferences, providing excellent customer service while representing the hotel's culinary offerings.
