Job Title: Cashier (Female)

Main Responsibilities:
- Handling cash, credit, and digital payment transactions efficiently and accurately.
- Processing customer purchases, issuing receipts, and maintaining proper transaction records.
- Managing and balancing the cash register at the beginning and end of shifts.
- Assisting customers with inquiries, refunds, and exchanges as per company policies.
- Ensuring proper pricing and scanning of products at checkout.
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization at the checkout counter.
- Reporting discrepancies, suspicious transactions, or shortages to the supervisor.
- Providing excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers.
- Collaborating with sales staff to ensure a smooth checkout experience.
- Adhering to company financial policies and cash-handling procedures.
Essential Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience as a cashier or in a similar role is preferred.
Skills Required:
- Strong numerical and cash-handling skills.
- Proficiency in operating POS (Point of Sale) systems and cash registers.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to handle transactions accurately.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail or hospitality environment.
- Basic knowledge of financial and accounting procedures.
- Presentable, well-groomed, and professional demeanor.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
