Job Description
* Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently
* Provide information about Ariane Properties real estate services to potential clients
* Assit customers in navigating through available properties, answering queries, and addressing concern.
* Maintain a high level of product and industry knowledge to effectively communicate with clients
* Achieve and exceed set sales targets through effective communication and persuasion skills.
* Collaborate with the leasing team to ensure seamless customer experience.
* Dealing with social media platforms (Property Finder, Instagram, Facebook, etc) and responding to requests coming through them regarding our properties vacancies).
* Receiving complaints or requests from customers and transferring them to the concerned department whether maintenance, leasing, admin or PM.
Requirements* Secondary education, or equivalent
* Minimum of 3 years' experience in customer service or call center support
* Previous experience in real estate and/or sales industry, preferred
* Arabic speaking and proficient in English
* Proficient in Microsoft word, Excel, PPT and outlook
* Pleasing personality
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Tactful in dealing with customer and able to handle challenging situation
