Role & responsibilities:
- Drive new business acquisition by identifying opportunities and selling enterprise IT solutions (Software Application Services & Managed Services) to large enterprises.
- Engage with CXO-level executives, build strong client relationships, and manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
- Develop strategies for account mining, focusing on cross-sell and up-sell opportunities.
- Identify emerging market trends and leverage industry insights to position solutions effectively.
- Collaborate with internal teams (pre-sales, marketing, alliances, and delivery) to ensure successful execution of projects and maximize business potential.
- Organize client workshops and presentations to showcase capabilities and solutions.
- Partner with alliances to drive joint go-to-market strategies and explore new partnerships for business growth.
Candidate requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account management within enterprise IT solutions.
- Proven track record of selling Software Application Services (Oracle, Microsoft, IBM) or Managed Services.
- Strong network and existing relationships with key stakeholders in BFSI, Manufacturing, Retail, Logistics, Oil & Gas, Energy, and Healthcare sectors in Qatar.
- Deep understanding of the data ecosystem and its relevance to enterprise clients.
- Ability to engage and influence senior decision-makers at the CXO level.
- Strategic thinker with excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Experience in leading lead generation campaigns and managing partner ecosystems.
