Job Description

  • Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, document, and prioritize business requirements.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Process Improvement: Evaluate existing business processes and workflows, recommending enhancements to streamline operations.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Serve as a liaison between business units and IT, ensuring clear communication of project goals and requirements.
  • Documentation: Create detailed documentation, including business requirement documents (BRDs), functional specifications, and process flow diagrams.
  • Testing & Validation: Assist in the development of test plans and validate solutions to ensure they meet business needs.
  • Training & Support: Provide training and support to users during the implementation of new systems and processes.
  • Reporting: Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs).

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 1 year of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
