About the location:


seaside retreat in the heart of Qatar’s capital; experience the completely new Four Seasons Hotel Doha, reimagined with modern grandeur and sparkling with sunlight and sea views. From the elegant lobby to energetic restaurants and lounges, our beachfront urban retreat has been transformed into a vibrant hotspot, while remaining true to our Qatari roots. This stunning urban beachfront retreat opened in April 2005 in the heart of the business district, and has 237 rooms and 20 unbranded townhouses villas, a large Food and Beverage operation with 10 stunning venues including the world’s largest Nobu restaurant, significant banquets/outside catering, five pools and a private beach, fitness center, and a spa and wellness center offering guests expansive hydrotherapy facilities including an ice room, colour therapy room, steam room and hydrotherapy pool. The hotel completed a beautiful renovation in 2019 and re-opened in March 2020.

Responsibilities:



Applicants must have barista experience and derived from a fast-paced working environment; able to offer natural and engaging customer service. We are seeking a barista who possesses the latest trendsin beverages and has the ability to create signature drinks.The barista is responsible for serving all products with friendly, individualized attention to each and every customer.They arealso responsible for educating customers about our premium coffees and teas. The barista is responsible for serving a variety of coffee drinks and other offerings.



  • Deliver the best coffee experience to every guest along with the highest levels of customer service.



  • Brew coffee, make and serve beverages (including the design of coffee arts) as per Four Seasons Resorts & Hotels standards.



  • In addition to this, the Barista will demonstrate the product knowledge to customers by advising them and making suggestions.



  • Responsible for trainingthe Food and Beverage team members making different coffees and design of coffee arts.




  • Responsible of requisition of all coffee products and controlling the stocks



  • In charge of servicing/cleaning and maintenance of all the Food and Beverages Outlets coffee machines.



  • Follow up with suppliers for any coffee machine breakdowns and regular servicing.



Preferred Qualifications and Skills:



  • Degree Holder, preferably in hotel and restaurant management



  • 2-4 years of experience as professional barista.



  • Excellent command in English, Arabic is an advantage
