  • Advances understanding of coffee extraction principles and parameters.
  • Demonstrated ability to dial in espresso and troubleshoot extraction issues.
  • Proficiency in multiple pour over methods (V60, Kalita, Chemex).
  • Strong cupping skills and developed palate for flavor identification.
  • Latte art capabilities.
  • Based in Qatar.
