We are seeking a skilled "CAD Technician specialized in Automation Panels". The CAD Technician will be responsible for creating detailed drawings and designs for automation panels used in various industrial applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of CAD software, electrical engineering principles, and automation systems. They will work closely with engineers and project managers to ensure accurate and efficient design solutions that meet client requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop detailed CAD drawings and designs for automation panels based on project requirements and specifications.
Collaborate with engineers and project managers to understand design objectives, technical requirements, and project timelines.
Create 2D drawings of automation panels using CAD software such as AutoCAD or similar tools.
Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and best practices in panel design and manufacturing.
Perform design reviews and make necessary modifications to optimize panel performance, cost-effectiveness, and manufacturability.
Support the testing and validation of automation panels to verify functionality, safety, and reliability.
Stay updated on emerging technologies, trends, and advancements in automation systems and CAD software.
Provide technical assistance and guidance to other team members as needed.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
Proven experience working as a CAD Technician or similar role, with a focus on automation panel design.
Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD.
Strong understanding of electrical engineering principles and automation systems.
Familiarity with industry standards and regulations related to panel design and manufacturing.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce accurate technical drawings and documentation.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
