Job Description

Responsible for the implementation, maintenance, and support of business applications, ensuring high availability and performance.

Understand the company business roadmap and work with the operations to ensure that the application roadmap is aligned with business direction and requirements.

Ensuring that the deployed Releases and the resulting services meet management expectations and verify that IT operations can support the new service.

Be a point of escalation for the application support services and the operations alike.

Continuously look to improve organization applications and services through process review.

Focus on continuous improvement by analysing business systems to determine effectiveness. Identify inadequacies, inefficiencies and problems and recommend solutions.

Oversee the analysis of user needs and implement the applications that enhance the organization’s business processes, upsurge profits and productivity.

Derive ,activate, complete Customer Journey for all brands using campaign manager's html email and SMS activities.

HTML pages with email tracking system to use in Email Campaigns and communicate the same using Campaign Manager.

Derive and develop complete lead management process across all brands

Train all Sales & Aftersales users on handling leads on Autoline Drive.

Create/Modify Media Integration Rules to gather leads from different Social Media.

Automate leads coming from Social Media to be redirecte to Call Centre by creating auto call lists.

Develop complicated report logics using sub queries and ki_build routines for all modules.

Create and maintain Vehicle Health Check and Service Online Upsell Records.

Train aftersales users EVHC and Service .

Support users to automate creation of part stock order for non-price file franchises using the Global price file.

Support end users, check and resolve end-of-day issues, analyze configure system parameters, manage option priorities.

Research user requirements and develop process solutions and workarounds.

Conduct period end closings including AR, AP, GL, AR, VM, VAT and resolve the issue encountered errors while closing.
