Job Description

OBJECTIVE/ PURPOSE OF THE JOB

A dedicated and experienced Audiologist plays a crucial role in providing hearing testing and hearing aid services to our clients. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the growth of our business by establishing and maintaining relationships with ENTs and Audiologists in the market. 

They must be knowledgeable about medical device data interfaces in order to provide customer and hands-on support for products with optimum operation, smooth navigation, and control.

An audiologist will report directly to the specialty manager and work in collaboration with the commercial team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Hearing Testing and Hearing Aid Programming:

  1. Conduct comprehensive hearing assessments, including pure-tone audiometry, speech audiometry, and tympanometry, to diagnose hearing disorders.
  2. Program, fit, and adjust hearing aids to meet the specific needs and preferences of patients.
  3. Educate patients on proper hearing aid usage, maintenance, and care.

Outreach and Business Development:

  1. Identify and target ENTs and Audiologists in the market who may be interested in our products and services.
  2. Establish and maintain strong relationships with medical professionals, promoting our products and services.
  3. Participate in networking events and conferences to generate leads and increase brand awareness.

Support and Training:

  1. Serve as the primary point of contact and support for doctors and audiologists who partner with Q-Care Medical.
  2. Provide training and guidance to healthcare professionals on our products, services, and fitting procedures.
  3. Ensure efficient communication and address any concerns or inquiries from partner professionals.
  • Maintain documentation and patient files.
  • Work in coordination with the commercial team to determine nature of the clinical support.
  • Understands customers by proactively gathering information to learn about their needs and expectations.
  • Communicate customer information and problems as well as opportunities to sales team.
  • Collaborate with supplier and quality assurance in determining device related problems root causes and set corrective actions.
  • Track vendor related issues from discovery to completion
  • Analyze competitor product and highlight our products features to customers.
