Job Description

The Audio Mixer plays a crucial role in the broadcast media production industry, ensuring that sound quality meets the highest standards. This position involves working closely with sound engineers, producers, and other team members to create a polished final product for various media formats. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of audio mixing techniques, equipment, and software, along with a passion for delivering exceptional sound experiences. With a minimum of 2 years and a maximum of 10 years of experience required, this role is perfect for individuals looking to advance their careers in a dynamic and creative environment.

Responsibilities:

  1. Set up and operate audio mixing equipment for live broadcasts and recorded productions.
  2. Collaborate with producers and sound engineers to achieve the desired audio quality.
  3. Monitor audio levels and adjust settings to ensure optimal sound during recordings.
  4. Perform sound editing and mixing tasks using industry-standard software.
  5. Conduct regular maintenance and troubleshooting of audio equipment.
  6. Assist in the selection and placement of microphones for optimal sound capture.
  7. Work under tight deadlines to deliver high-quality audio for various media formats.
  8. Stay updated on the latest audio mixing techniques and technologies.
