SAP Application Support
Required Duties/Roles
· SAP Support: Provide daily support for SAP applications, resolving issues to ensure smooth operation.
· Troubleshooting & Maintenance: Diagnose issues, apply updates, and maintain system stability and security.
· Development & Customization: Assist in developing and customizing both SAP and other applications to meet organizational needs.
· Understanding Business Needs: Collaborate with business units to understand their needs and translate them into technical requirements for SAP and other systems.
· User Support & Training: Help users with SAP and other systems, offering training and guidance as needed.
· Project Coordination: Help coordinate small IT projects, managing tasks and tracking progress.
· Collaboration: Work with IT teams, developers, business units, and the SAP vendor to ensure applications meet organizational goals.
· Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure all systems follow tax regulations and organizational policies.
· Additional Duties: Take on other tasks as needed to support IT systems and projects.
