What You’ll Do:



Project Execution & Support: Work closely with senior team members to support Client projects by conducting research, analyzing market trends, and preparing insights that help shape and operationalize innovation strategies. Assist in managing ongoing engagements, ensuring deliverables are met, and tracking progress against Client priorities Startup Sourcing & Diligence: Identify and evaluate high-potential startups by leveraging venture networks, industry reports, and direct founder interactions. Conduct initial screening, analyze business models, and assess market traction to create a strong pipeline of relevant companies for corporate engagement Market Analysis & Research: Perform deep-dive research on emerging technologies, industry trends, and venture activity to uncover insights that inform Client strategy. Synthesize complex data into actionable intelligence, supporting venture theses, program focus areas, and corporate decision-making Program Operations & Execution: Assist in the end-to-end execution of accelerators, incubators, and venture programs by managing logistics, tracking program metrics, coordinating startup engagement, and ensuring smooth interactions between corporate stakeholders and founders Deliverable Development: Develop high-quality presentations, briefing documents, and reports for executive discussions, workshops, strategy sessions, and business development. Ensure insights and recommendations are clearly articulated and visually compelling for senior stakeholders Network Building: Support relationship-building efforts with startup founders, venture capital investors, and corporate innovation leaders. Help organize and execute events, demo days, and curated networking sessions to strengthen Silicon Foundry’s position in the venture ecosystem Internal Growth & Thought Leadership: Contribute to internal initiatives that enhance program execution, process efficiency, and knowledge sharing. Support thought leadership efforts by developing content, frameworks, and insights that position Silicon Foundry as a leader in corporate venture innovation

Desired Skills:



3-6 years of experience in management or strategy consulting, corporate innovation, venture capital, or a related field Strong analytical and research skills, with the ability to conduct in-depth market analysis and develop strategic recommendations Experience managing multi-stakeholder projects and ensuring timely execution and high-quality deliverables Deep interest in startups, venture capital, and emerging technology trends, with a desire to build expertise in innovation strategies and venture programs Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with extensive experience preparing reports and presentations for senior stakeholders Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously and maintain attention to detail Self-starter with a proactive, execution-driven mindset, eager to take on new challenges and develop professionally

Requirements:



Role is for applicants currently in or willing to relocate to an office in the GCC region (e.g. UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait)

Compensation & benefits:



Competitive compensation package Housing Allowance – This is a cash-based allowance to support housing and is part of total fixed salary.
