Job Description
Place Vendôme is seeking a dedicated and experienced Assistant Security Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will support the Security Manager in overseeing all security operations and ensuring the safety and security of our property and its occupants.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing and coordinating the security team to provide a safe and secure environment.
- Implement and enforce security policies, procedures, and protocols.
- Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments.
- Monitor security systems, including surveillance cameras and access control systems.
- Respond to security incidents and emergencies, ensuring appropriate actions are taken.
- Liaise with local law enforcement and emergency services as necessary.
- Prepare and maintain accurate records and reports on security activities and incidents.
- Provide training and guidance to security personnel on best practices and emergency response procedures.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice, or a related field.
- Experienced in security management role, preferably in a retail or hospitality environment.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in security systems and technology.
- Ability to handle high-stress situations with professionalism and calmness.
- Knowledge of local laws and regulations related to security and safety.
