Requirements:
A Master’s degree in Human Resources Management and a Professional certification such as SHRM-CP, CHRP, or Associate CIPD are highly desirable. 5 to 7 years of experience managing HR operations with a proven track record of overseeing key HR functions. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English. Preferably native. Candidates must be locally available in Qatar and must have an NOC for sponsorship transfer.

Driven strategic HR initiatives, including recruitment, employee relations, payroll management, and employee welfare and well-being programs. Leverage HRIS systems to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and deliver exceptional organizational outcomes.

Doha British School Ain Khaled, was founded in 1997 and is a private co-educational day school for students from Foundation Stage to Year 13, offering the National Curriculum of England and the IB programme. Students follow the English Early Years Foundation Stage, the National Curriculum at Key Stages 1, 2, 3 and at Key Stage 4 a comprehensive range of IGCSE courses. At Post-16 the school is the only school in Qatar to offer 4 different pathways for our Post 16 provision, which include AS, A level, BTEC and the IB Diploma programme.
