Your role will include crafting compelling content for various channels, engaging with potential clients through social media, and coordinating events to showcase the hotel's offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies and campaigns that resonate with Arabic-speaking clientele.
- Identify and analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to guide the creation of targeted marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to align marketing efforts with business goals and revenue targets.
- Manage and enhance the hotel’s brand presence across various channels, including social media, digital platforms, and traditional media.
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and touchpoints
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns to boost online visibility, including email marketing, Google ads, SEO, and pay-per-click campaigns.
- Utilize analytics tools to track and measure the success of marketing campaigns, making data-driven adjustments as needed.
- Coordinate communication strategies to ensure all messaging is aligned with the hotel’s luxury brand.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing campaigns for special events, seasonal promotions, and partnerships to attract Arabic-speaking guests.
- Work with the hotel’s event and sales teams to ensure marketing support for events such as corporate gatherings, weddings, and special offers.
- Track and report on the effectiveness of all marketing initiatives, including metrics such as engagement, conversion rates, and ROI.
- Stay current on industry trends and competitor marketing strategies to ensure the hotel remains competitive within the luxury market.
