Job Description

We are looking for a talented and experienced Hairdresser to join our salon team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for hair styling, coloring, and treatments while ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Consult with clients to understand their hair care needs, preferences, and desired styles.
  • Perform a variety of hair services, including cutting, styling, blow-drying, and treatments.
  • Provide expert hair coloring, highlights, balayage, and hair corrections.
  • Offer hair treatments such as keratin, protein, and deep conditioning.
  • Suggest suitable hairstyles and products based on hair type and face shape.
  • Maintain a clean and sanitized workstation, tools, and equipment.
  • Ensure excellent customer service and build lasting relationships with clients.
  • Stay updated with the latest hair trends, techniques, and products.
  • Promote salon products and upsell services to enhance client experience.
  • Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with the salon team.


Skills

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Hairdresser, Hairstylist, or Hair Colorist in a salon setting.
  • Strong knowledge of different hair types, cutting techniques, and coloring methods.
  • Expertise in hair treatments, styling, and updos for special occasions.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Creativity and attention to detail in achieving client satisfaction.
  • Ability to work with different hair products and tools safely and effectively.
  • Strong time management skills and the ability to multitask.
  • Professional appearance and a friendly attitude.
  • Certification in hairdressing or cosmetology is preferred.
