Job Description

  1. Ensure timely payment of electricity and water bills for the organization Commercial units, 
  2. Completing final bill for vacating tenants and assists them for clearance of their Utility connections and refunding of deposits (Residential and Commercial units of Real Estate sector),
  3. Coordinate with Real Estate marketing team for utility Service register in hukoomi system (Baladiya & Kahramaa) and transfer of new tenants,
  4. Arrange documents and deposit of tenants to be paid at Utility Service Provider
  5. Communicate with electricity and water providers regarding billing inquiries, account adjustments, and service interruptions.
  6. Follow-up tenants' complaints related to Utility services
  7. Call and follow up commercial clients for payment of Utility invoices
  8. Properly allocate utility expenses to various departments or cost centers within the organization.


Skills

  1. Expense Allocation: Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of all utility bills, payments, and correspondence with service providers.
  2. Expense Analysis: Analyze utility expenses over time to identify trends, inefficiencies, or areas for potential cost savings.
  3. Coordinate with accounts department related to Utility bills to be paid by tenants and follow-up outstanding invoices.
  4. Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and policies governing utility payments and expenses.
  5. Problem Resolution: Address any issues or disputes with utility providers promptly and effectively to minimize disruptions to service.
  6. Process Improvement: Continuously seek opportunities to streamline utility bill payment processes and improve efficiency.
  7. Billing Verification: Verify the accuracy of utility bills received from providers to prevent overbilling or discrepancies.
  8. Vendor Communication: Communicate with electricity and water providers regarding billing inquiries, account adjustments, and service interruptions.
