  • Any Bachelor degree.
  • Must have GCC experience.
  • Must have experience from Holding Companies.
  • Minimum 15 of total experience of which 10+ years in similar role.
  • Manage and streamline administrative processes while ensuring the confidentiality of all business operations.
  • Handle confidential information, including personnel records, financial data, and strategic plans, with the highest level of security and discretion.
  • Coordinate and schedule high-level meetings, maintaining confidentiality of attendees and discussion topics.
  • Manage sensitive correspondence and communications on behalf of executive.
  • Supervise daily administrative operations and support activities.
  • Coordinate with executive management and other departments to ensure alignment with company goals.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations
  • Assist with human resources activities, including payroll and benefits administration.
