Key Duties and Responsibilities:●Customer Service & Sales Management:●Greet and welcome customers professionally, ensuring a positiveexperience.●Handle sales transactions, issue job cards, and brief technicians onassigned tasks.●Provide timely updates to customers on service progress, respond tocalls, and manage communication via WhatsApp.●Prepare and send accurate job estimates and negotiate effectively toclose sales.●Supplier & Inventory Coordination:●Maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure timelyprocurement of parts.●Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best pricing and reduce costs,optimizing profitability.●Coordinate with delivery drivers to collect parts from suppliers efficiently.●Operational & Job Management:●Collaborate with supervisors and technicians to assign job cards, monitorworkflow, and ensure timely completion of services.
