Job Description
We are looking for an organized and friendly Admin and HR Officer to support our team. In this role, you will handle various administrative tasks and assist with human resources functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage office supplies and ensure the workspace is organized.
- Assist in recruitment by scheduling interviews and processing applications.
- Maintain employee records and update HR databases.
- Support onboarding and training for new hires.
- Help with payroll processing and employee benefits administration.
- Address employee inquiries and provide support as needed.
- Assist in organizing company events and meetings.
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of HR practices is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other office software.
- Previous experience in administration or HR is preferred.
