Qualification and Experience:


Commerce background with experience of atleast 10 years in accounts.


Job requirement


Accounting and book-keeping role


Booking of accounts transactions, processing of purchase invoicing, expense booking and handling inventory movement.


Issuance of sales invoices and commercial invoices.


Handling cash and banking transactions, Letter of credit, Bank reconciliation etc


Handling import/export transactions in GCC countries.


Supporting in monthly closing and inventory valuation.


Monitoring Account receivables collection and preparing ageing report


Dealing with auditors and consultants for annual closing and audits.


Should have worked in Tally accounting software


Supporting role


Sales- coordination - Supporting the sales team for booking sales orders, monitoring movement and delivery of goods.


Coordinating with Normet group team for sales/inventory/accounting matters


Ability to handling local licensing/Govt approvals and related documentation


Handling administration and HR related matters of Doha office.


Providing secretarial and administrative support for the organisation and its employees in line with company policies


Should have basic understanding of commercial business operations to support business across GCC countries.
