The Account Manage will play a pivotal role in expanding our client base, fostering relationships with existing clients and
driving revenue growth in the areas of Network, Security, and Cybersecurity solutions.
Business Development:
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the target market.
• Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline to achieve revenue targets.
• Collaborate with the technical team to understand and communicate the value proposition of our Network, Security,
and Cybersecurity solutions.
Client Relationship Management:
• Cultivate and nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and identify upsell/cross-sell
opportunities.
• Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and escalations.
• Conduct regular account reviews to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.
Solution Selling:
• Utilize a consultative sales approach to understand client needs and recommend tailored Network, Security, and
Cybersecurity solutions.
• Stay informed about industry trends, technological advancements, and competitive offerings to effectively position
our solutions in the market.
Proposal Development:
• Collaborate with the technical and pre-sales teams to create compelling proposals and presentations.
• Ensure accurate and timely submission of proposals, addressing client requirements and concerns effectively.
Contract Negotiation:
• Negotiate terms and conditions, pricing, and contractual agreements to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
• Work closely with legal and finance teams to ensure compliance and risk mitigation.
