Job Description

Acceleration Specialist

Location: Qatar

Role: Full-time

Job Summary:

We are looking for an Acceleration Specialist to support the growth and success of innovation initiatives and startups. This role focuses on providing strategic guidance, resources, and support to accelerate the development and scaling of emerging businesses. The ideal candidate will work closely with startups, partners, and internal teams to foster innovation, drive market success, and ensure continuous growth and development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic advice and support to startups in areas such as business development, market entry, and product scaling.
  • Work with founders and teams to develop customized growth plans, focusing on accelerating business development and operational efficiency.
  • Facilitate access to resources, networks, and opportunities that drive growth and market success for startups.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including investors, mentors, and corporate partners, to enhance the startup ecosystem.
  • Track progress, assess challenges, and provide solutions to ensure startups achieve their milestones.
  • Support the organization of acceleration programs, workshops, and events aimed at fostering innovation and collaboration.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, market shifts, and new technologies to keep startups and the organization at the forefront of innovation.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Entrepreneurship, Innovation, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience working with startups, accelerators, or in a business advisory role.
  • Strong understanding of the startup ecosystem and innovation processes.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and partners.
  • Experience in developing business models, growth strategies, and managing early-stage business challenges.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Business, Entrepreneurship, or related field.
  • Experience working with investors, venture capital, or corporate innovation programs.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a track record of guiding businesses through rapid growth and scaling phases.
