Job Description
Key Result Areas:
Plan, produce, and manage a wide range of digital content for social media platforms, including videos, graphics, animations, and multimedia presentations.
Develop creative content concepts that align with the Center’s strategic communication goals, ensuring effective messaging and brand visibility.
Coordinate with internal teams, including communications, design, and marketing, to ensure that all content supports the Center’s overall communications strategy.
Oversee the management and execution of video and photo shoots, ensuring high-quality production standards in terms of lighting, sound, composition, and overall technical execution.
Collaborate closely with designers, content writers, and social media specialists to ensure cohesive messaging and visual consistency across all digital channels.
Develop production schedules and timelines, ensuring timely delivery of all content while managing project budgets and resources effectively.
Stay updated on the latest digital trends, content creation tools, and emerging technologies to continually improve and enhance content production.
Lead post-production efforts, utilizing advanced editing software to create polished, professional content suitable for digital distribution.
Ensure all content aligns with the Center’s brand guidelines, maintaining a consistent tone, style, and visual identity across all platforms.
Provide creative direction during live events, including webinars, conferences, and online broadcasts, ensuring a smooth and professional execution.
Analyze content performance through metrics and feedback, adjust and improve engagement and reach.
Ensure compliance with copyright and intellectual property regulations, securing necessary licenses for media use when required.
Train junior staff and interns on best practices for content creation, editing, and social media management, helping to build internal capacity.
Manage relationships with external vendors and freelancers, including videographers, photographers, and production houses, to supplement internal capabilities when necessary.
Other reasonable tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
Minimum Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in media production, Communications or related field.
2-5 years of relevant full-time work experience in content production.
Proficiency in video editing software. (Adobe Premiere, After Effects)
Strong visual storytelling and content creation skills.
Excellent attention to detail and creativity.
Excellent writing skills with the ability to draft and edit a variety of written reports and communications and to articulate ideas clearly and concisely; Arabic proficiency is an advantage
Proven ability to manage multiple social media accounts
Experience in developing content strategies that align with brand objectives
