Job Description

  • Stakeholder Engagement and Partnership Support:
  • Under the supervision of the Outreach Program Manager, assist in identifying and engaging key stakeholders, and local partners to support WISH’s health initiatives and outreach activities.
  • Maintain relationships with partners and help gather feedback to maintain strong relationships with external and local stakeholders and build a network of local long-term supporters.
  • Support the development and maintenance of stakeholders’ database.
  • Communication and Social Media:
  • Support the creation of content for public relations and social media channels, promoting WISH’s outreach activities and events to a broader audience.
  • Assist in coordination with the Social Media agency and the website agency on any follow up action points.
  • Work with the communications team to ensure consistent messaging that enhances WISH's visibility and resonates with the target audience.
  • Support the development of talking points, briefings in response to media and TV interviews.
  • Resource Mobilization (Fundraising and Sponsorship):
  • Help identify opportunities for resource mobilization that align with WISH’s mission, under the guidance of the Outreach Program Manager.
  • Assist in developing fundraising materials and sponsorship proposals to attract potential donors and partners for WISH’s outreach programs (standardized presentations, leaflets, digital content).
  • Logistical and Administrative Support:
  • Provide logistical and administrative support in organizing outreach events, workshops, and activities, ensuring smooth execution.
  • Assist with event setup, coordination, and follow-up, collecting feedback to help refine future events and activities.
  • Support in note taking, meeting minutes and support following up of actions points.
  • Other relevant tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Minimum Knowledge, Skills & Experience:


  • High School & 2-5 years of relevant full time work experience in research, data analysis, public health, or policy development, ideally in a healthcare or nonprofit environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and summarize data.
  • Excellent writing skills with the ability to draft and edit a variety of written reports and communications, articulating ideas clearly and concisely.
  • Basic understanding of health policy issues and the ability to stay informed about healthcare trends and developments.
  • Experience with data collection methods, such as surveys or qualitative interviews, is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in English, with excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
    Arabic proficiency is an advantage but not required.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with data analysis tools or software is a plus.
