Job Description
Key Result Areas:
Monitor project progress by tracking project activities, milestones, timelines, and deliverables.
Oversee and update project schedules and communicating any changes to team members, generating reports, and preparing project status updates for stakeholders.
Develop and lead project plans by collaborating with the teams to record project plans, timelines, and budgets.
Ensuring that project documentation is up-to-date and easily accessible to project team members.
Assist the Manager and Director in facilitating effective communication and collaboration among project team members.
Document and report on project formulations such as project charters, scope statements, and work breakdown structures.
Initiate and maintain support in managing engagement plans and relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Identify project risks and challenges in and develop appropriate mitigation and resolution proposals.
Monitor related trends and utilize best practices from completed projects and contribute to facilitating knowledge sharing among project teams.
Work to ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and participate in quality reviews while capturing users’ feedback.
Collaborate in programs /events planning and relevant engagement activities.
Lead the planning and implementation of UX activities and maintain effective communication with users in relation to related digital platforms such as Thakira website.
Develop and oversee digital activities plans and ensure quality production and timely implementation.
Initiate content review plans for projects, and programs such as Thakira project, crowdsourcing, and other relevant projects.
