Job Description
Key Result Areas:
Identify sponsorship and advertisement opportunities for QF, in alignment with department business plan. Maintain sponsor payments and ensure contractual adherence
Assist in the communication of the QF brand manual to all relevant stakeholders; ensure compliance with QF brand guidelines in all marketing communication of QF and/or its centers
Assist the supervisor in preparing integrated campaign plan including budget and proposed milestones. Update the campaign tracker on a periodic basis and maintain all related documentation
Receive media booking requests from end users, ensure that all relevant details have been filled in, and check advertisements for compliance to brand/co-branding guidelines as relevant
Identify and recommend the most efficient methods of reaching target audience through advertising/media buying according to the received project brief and requirements from end users
Prepare media schedule for advertisement in consultation with end user along with budget and coordinate with media booking agency for release on agreed date
Liaise with Internal and External Communication departments and discuss brief to ensure that all key messages are aligned
Prepare creative brief containing key messages and target audience and brief selected agency
Receive all requests for marketing services from end users and prioritize requests based on the urgency
Discuss requirement of outsourcing the execution of request, prepare brief and ensure complete understanding of objectives and deliverables
Interface between other departments for ensuring that content and relevant details are complete and made available
Collaborate with creative team to ensure that marketing communication and corporate collaterals are produced by the agreed deadline and within budget
Receive video production request from end user, discuss requirements with selected production house and recommend the best creative route to end user
Facilitate filming and production of video through all stages of development
Understand received creative requirements and ensure full compliance to brief during the design process
Liaise with relevant design agencies to produce appropriate designs and styles for outsourced projects: Ensure strict compliance of all creative designs with branding and co-branding guidelines
Assist in formulating/updating the Customer feedback questionnaire, analyze survey findings and implement corrective action plans
Provide support to the supervisor for the formulation and development of SOPs for the department including formats and policies
Oversee the day to day operations and aspects of projects/task and generate reports on the activities and project outcomes for higher level management reference
Support the Head of Strategic Marketing in the formulation and development of annual business Plan, KPI’s, scorecards and yearly departmental budgets
Assist the Head Of Strategic Marketing during process audits, implement and monitor corrective actions identified during audit.
Other reasonable tasks as assigned by the Supervisor.
Minimun knowledge, skills and experience:
BA/BS in Marketing, Communication, Advertising, or related field
2-5 years of full time work experience in Marketing/Design department in a large scale organization with a diverse stakeholder base
PMP certification is preferred: Project management skills with ability to manage complexities and constraints
Excellent written and oral communication skills, fluency in Arabic is essential
Expertise in design tools and emerging technologies
