Job Description
Key Result Areas:
Coordinate all activities of assigned personnel at The Foundation. Performs supervisory functions at the level established by the management for the position.
Receives and reviews incoming work requests for functioning & maintenance of equipment, system, buildings and facilities.
Processes the work requests after filling in the required materials, man hours, and skill levels. Allocates work to contractors, check quality of works, progress, providing instructions and advice as necessary and ensures that works are completed confirming to established work standards and statutory requirements.
Expedites the job execution and provides feedback to his supervisors regularly.
involves in commissioning of new buildings/systems, takes the functionality tests, prepare the snag lists, attend to snag list for the successful commissioning and smooth takeover of new systems/facilities.
Carries monitoring of routine and preventive maintenance activities performed by the support partners.
Minimum knowledge, skills and experience:
At least 10 years of varied maintenance and operational experience in the field of Civil, with a minimum of 5 years in a supervisory level.
Completion of secondary education, followed by 3 year Diploma/Degree in Engineering is a requirement.
Good knowledge of English (both written and understanding of technical manuals) is essential.
Must be very familiar with the use of the computer and its applications.
Very good interpersonal skills and adaptability to work in a multinational environment.
