Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Leadership and Management:
  • Lead and manage the quality assurance team, providing guidance, support, and professional development.
  • Foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement in quality assurance.
  • Quality Protocols:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive quality assurance protocols and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with local and international quality standards (e.g., ISO 9001).
  • Inspections and Audits:
  • Conduct regular quality inspections and audits.
  • Monitor compliance with quality standards and regulations.
  • Risk Management:
  • Identify potential quality risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Training and Education:
  • Provide training and education to staff on quality assurance practices and standards.
  • Stay updated on the latest quality assurance regulations and best practices.
  • Reporting and Documentation:
  • Prepare regular reports on quality assurance performance, inspections, and initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and documentation.

Skills

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

·         Experience: Minimum of 8 years in quality assurance management, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.

·         Skills and Competencies: Quality protocols, team management, communication, risk assessment.

 

Qualifications

·         Education: Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or a related field.

·         Certifications: Relevant professional certifications (e.g., ISO 9001 Lead Auditor).
