  • You will maintain and update employee records, including tax information, direct deposit details, and benefit deductions, and address any discrepancies or issues that arise during payroll processing.
  • Collaborating closely with the HR department, the Payroll Officer will contribute to the implementation of payroll-related policies and procedures, and provide comprehensive assistance in resolving any queries or concerns related to payroll from employees.
  • Remaining up to date with any revisions in tax and labor regulations that could affect payroll procedures, and guaranteeing that payroll systems and practices consistently adhere to the latest legal requirements, represents a crucial duty of the Payroll Officer.
  • Ensuring the accuracy and completeness of employee records, encompassing tax details, direct deposit information, and benefit deductions, and resolving any discrepancies or challenges that arise during the payroll processing process, stands as a crucial responsibility for the Payroll Officer.
